10 minute craft dash

Hi everyone, I wanted to show you a fun craft challenge I discovered about a week ago. It is the 10 minute craft dash organized by Paulina from Pretty pink posh.
Basically you have ten minutes to create a card by following the challenge instructions such as colors, embellishments or theme. Every two weeks Paulina posts a new challenge and you can make your card and upload it to the site.

I practiced on a few old challenges this week and then decided to participate in the challenge that was released yesterday. The challenge for this week is to use buttons on your card whether they are real buttons or a button stamp or even patterned paper it doesn't matter.

So here is my card:

And my time (sorry about the glare):

I never actually use buttons on my projects but I have a few button die cuts so I used one of those instead. I didnt want to make a christmas card so I went for the baby card. These challenges are super fun and a bit stressful too, it is not that easy to stay within 10 minutes for a card!

Here is a list of my supplies:
Paper: stampin Up, clairefontaine Pollen
Designer paper: we R memoriy keepers "baby mine"
Stamps: Lawn Fawn "plus one"
Dies: Spellbinders for JustRite "Buntings and button"
Inks: Memento inks and markers
